If you're looking for a customisable exhibition space outdoors, then choose our exhibition tent option. It offers you the choice of adding a terrace or an equipment display outside the tent for optimal use of space.

25 SQM EXHIBITION TENT  US$7,000 PER TENT

Includes: walls, carpet, name board, 13amp electricity socket, lighting, 1 x air conditioning unit and 1 complimentary show guide entry.

HOSPITALITY TERRACE  US$200 PER SQM

Raw space only.

EXHIBITS  US$250 PER SQM

Equipment displays on the static park or outside the exhibition tent.

EXHIBITORS BOOKING AN AIRCRAFT

All exhibiting companies wishing to display aircraft will be charged a non-refundable administration fee (US$2,000 per aircraft).

BOOKING AN AIRCRAFT WITHOUT EXHIBIT SPACE

Companies booking aircraft only, without exhibition space, will be charged the administration fee (US$2,000 per aircraft) plus tonnage.

Tarsus F&E LLC Middle East reserves the right to refuse aircraft at their discretion.
